Can someone explain, if these two sentences (English and Esperanto) means rather "He raised his hand, and then Tomer did so", or "He raised his hand as well as Tomer"?
As the two sentences are worded at the moment, I believe they mean that both he and Tomer raised their hands. You cannot categorically deduce from it (i.e., from the sentences in both languages) that he raised his hand first, and then Tomer did so.
But you can also understand from them that it wasn't at the same time, maybe he raised his hand first, and then Tomer did the same.
I see. So I won't add another Russian translations except this one by Ooneycall that already exists.
