I don't quite like the way of emphasizing something by means of capitalization. Isn't there a verbal way? Something along the lines of "I beg you"?
It's not an ideal way of doing it, but it gets the job done. Being able to use bold or italics wouldn't be a bad way, either...
In the end, words alone can't convey intonation.
We had decided on the wall (by now), that it's not a good idea to capitalize for the sake of emphasize. After all, Tatoeba is a corpus of written sentences, and those usually don't properly include these markings or smileys to convey mood. It's okay and perfectly normal if something inexpressible gets lost in translation.
