This is thank you in Xhosa, one of South Africa's 11 official languages, part of the Nguni group of languages in southern Africa. It has several click sounds which originate from San or bushmen languages.

Oh, and Xhosa is the mother tongue of Nelson Mandela and around 8 million other South Africans.
